Sleep Issues

Sleeplessness affects around a third of people in the UK. Bouts of insomnia are usually bearable for a little while but for some sleep loss can be a regular feature of life: for months or even years.
Persistent insomnia can have a big impact on your quality of life. It can limit what you are able to do during the day, affect your mood, your work and lead to relationship problems with friends, family and colleagues. In some cases it can start to affect your physical health and you may need to seek medical help.
However, sleeplessness is often associated with stress or anxiety, eating badly, too much caffeine, nicotine or alcohol. And that is something hypnotherapy is known to help with.
If you are regularly finding it difficult to go to sleep at the right times or if you wake up in the night and do not feel refreshed in the morning, we can do something about that. We have successfully helped many clients just like you and with lasting results. Our toolkit includes helping you find the root of your feelings and digging it up. By looking at the cause in a different way you can change the way you feel about everyday situations.
